Xandria & Yuri Wedding Dinner

Tuesday, November 30, 2010

listenin to :: Rocketeer - Far East Movement

this would be a short post on Xandria Ooi & Yuri Wong wedding dinner.
the dinner was held on 21st Nov at JW Marriott Hotel, with very simple & lovely decorations.
decorations that we don't usually see at most wedding dinners, unique.
come to think of it, why didn't I took picture of the decorations ey?
wtf
maybe I was too lazy then silly

since the wedding decorations are different from usual weddings,
wedding dinner dishes was no exception too where they served it like fine dining style with 5 courses.
starting from entree, soup, appetizer, main course and dessert.
very much different from other wedding dinners because usually it would be Chinese style with at least 8 courses.
something different for once
pleased

beloved papa heart

beloved mama heart

cake cutting session

surprise Glee performance from groom and close friends to bride

entree: Crispy Sea Prawns served on a bed of Mango Salad

soup: Cream of Cauliflower Soup scented with Saffron,
topped with Seafood Wanton Dumpling

appetizer: Lychee Sorbet

main course: Baked Honey Atlantic Cod Fish with Pumpkin Mash
&
Baked Chicken Parcel stuffed with Ricotta & Spinach on shaved Salad

dessert: Warm Dark Chocolate Pudding with Baskin Robin Vanilla Ice Cream
*my favorite course of all!
heartheart*

good food, beautiful ambiance, entertaining performances & lastly touching speeches by both bride & groom.
although food was good but it was not filling enough
shocked,
papa & I were both complaining that we were still hungry after the dinner yet we did not head to mamak afterthat,
worried we both gonna get our tummy bigger & flabbier, hah
laughing

until then,
toodles! heart
